We only open pre-orders for products we have already ordered from our distributor, never before that.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our rules<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Only what we have ordered.<\/strong> Every pre-order is backed by a confirmed purchase order with the distributor.<\/li><li><strong>Limited units.<\/strong> We never sell more units than we have been allocated.<\/li><li><strong>Visible date.<\/strong> The product page shows the estimated arrival date, and we update it as soon as it changes.<\/li><li><strong>You can cancel whenever you like.<\/strong> As long as the order has not shipped, you cancel and we refund you.<\/li><li><strong>If we are more than 30 days late<\/strong> on the published date, we write to you so you can choose: keep waiting or get your money back.<\/li><li><strong>If the distributor sends us fewer units<\/strong> than we had confirmed, we serve them in order of reservation and refund in full anyone we cannot serve. We write to you, you do not have to chase us.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to follow my pre-order<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the page <a href=\"\/en\/estado-de-los-lanzamientos\/\">Release status<\/a> we publish every week where each pre-order stands, even when there is no news. We also email you every time a date changes.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When do I get my money back if I cancel<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process the refund to the same payment method you used. Once we approve it, <strong>the refund reaches your account within 2 to 5 working days<\/strong>, depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When we charge<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reservation is charged in full at the time you place it, because we also pay our distributor up front. The price you see is the final price, VAT included; shipping is calculated separately in the cart.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Still have a question?
