If your order includes a pre-order item, it ships complete when that item arrives, unless you ask us to split it.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You have <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, no explanation needed.<\/li><li>The product must come back <strong>sealed and unopened<\/strong>. An opened pack or box cannot be resold.<\/li><li>Pre-orders can be <strong>cancelled at any time before shipping<\/strong>, with a full refund.<\/li><li>Once the return is approved, the refund goes to the same payment method and <strong>reaches your account within 2 to 5 working days<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Problems with your order<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, write to us at <a href=\"mailto:manuel@bartostore.es\">manuel@bartostore.es<\/a> within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the parcel.
