Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla go through customs and may incur taxes or handling fees at the destination, payable by whoever receives the order.
Times start counting when the order leaves our warehouse. If your order includes a pre-order item, it ships complete when that item arrives, unless you ask us to split it.
Returns
- You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, no explanation needed.
- The product must come back sealed and unopened. An opened pack or box cannot be resold.
- Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before shipping, with a full refund.
- Once the return is approved, the refund goes to the same payment method and reaches your account within 2 to 5 working days.
Problems with your order
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, write to us at manuel@bartostore.es within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the parcel. We sort it out quickly.
