Prices and payment
All prices include the applicable VAT. We accept PayPal, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal's pay later. All payments are processed by PayPal. The order is confirmed once we receive payment.
Pre-orders
- We only pre-sell stock we have already ordered from our distributor.
- The date shown on the product page is an estimate and depends on the distributor and the manufacturer.
- You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and we refund you in full.
- If delivery is delayed more than 30 days beyond the published date, we will let you choose between waiting or getting a refund.
- If the distributor ends up allocating us fewer units than we had confirmed, we serve them in order of reservation and refund in full anyone we cannot serve, telling them by email.
Shipping
Mainland Spain and the Balearics €4.50 (free over €100); Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla €8 (no free shipping, and with possible taxes and customs fees at the destination, payable by the customer); Europe €9 and United States €30. The published times are indicative and start when the order leaves our warehouse. Maximum legal delivery time: 30 days from order confirmation, unless a different date has been agreed for pre-orders.
Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw. The product must be sealed and unopened. Once the return is approved, the refund is made to the same payment method and reaches the customer's account in 2 to 5 working days.
