What we collect and why
- Orders: name, address, email and phone number, to prepare and ship your purchase, issue the invoice and help you if something goes wrong. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract.
- Customer account: email and password, if you choose to create an account to see your orders.
- Pre-order notices: your email, to tell you about date changes and the status of your reservation. It is part of the order itself.
- Contact: whatever you write to us by email, so we can reply.
- Tax obligations: billing data, which we keep for as long as the law requires.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
Who else sees it
Only those needed for your order to arrive: the payment gateway (PayPal), the courier, the website hosting provider and our accountants. Each of them only accesses what is essential for their part.
How long we keep it
Order and billing data, for the tax and commercial retention periods set by law. Your account data, for as long as you keep the account open. Contact emails, for as long as it takes to resolve your query.
Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, object to the processing or take it elsewhere. Write to us at manuel@bartostore.es and we will take care of it. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
We use our own cookies, the ones needed for the cart and your customer session to work. They are not used for anything else and you cannot turn them off without the shop breaking. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask your permission first.
