What each status means
- Awaiting confirmation: we have placed the order and are waiting for the distributor to confirm units.
- Confirmed: the distributor has confirmed our units and the date.
- In transit: the product has left for our warehouse.
- Received: it is here and we are preparing the shipments.
- Delayed: the date has moved. If the delay goes beyond 30 days, we write to you so you can choose between waiting or getting your money back.
