These are the terms of the giveaway of two One Piece Card Game booster boxes (OP-16 and OP-17) that Barto Store is running among people registered at bartostore.es.
Who is running the giveaway
Organised by Barto Store (bartostore.es). For any questions about the giveaway, write to us at manuel@bartostore.es. The shop's registration details are in the legal notice.
When it starts and when it ends
The giveaway starts on 14 September 2026 and ends on Friday 18 September 2026 at 23:59 (mainland Spain time). Every account created at bartostore.es before that time is entered, including those that already existed.
Who can take part
- People over 18 resident in Spain or in any of the countries we ship to.
- They must have a customer account at bartostore.es created before the closing time.
- One entry per person. If we detect several accounts belonging to the same person, all of them are discarded.
- The shop owner and their immediate family cannot take part.
How to take part
Taking part is automatic and free. Just having an account puts you in: there is nothing to buy, no form to fill in and nobody to follow on social media. Buying does not improve your chances.
What is being given away
- Two winners, one box each.
- One One Piece Card Game OP-16 booster box (24 packs) and one One Piece Card Game OP-17 booster box (24 packs).
- Approximate value of each box: 140 €. As it is below €300, the prize is not subject to withholding tax.
- The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for money or for another product.
How the winners are chosen
On Monday 21 September 2026 two accounts are drawn at random from all those meeting these terms, using a recorded random draw. We will also choose two reserves, in case one of the winners does not claim the prize.
Notifying the winner and the deadline to claim
We notify each winner by email, at the address on their account. From that moment they have 7 calendar days to reply and give us their shipping address.
If after those 7 days we have had no reply, the prize passes to the reserve, who has the same deadline. If nobody replies, that prize is declared void.
Delivery
We pay the shipping to any of the destinations we normally ship to. If the winner lives in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside the European Union, any taxes or customs charges at destination are at their own expense.
Your data
For the giveaway we use only the email address on your account, and if you win, your name and address so we can send you the prize. The legal basis is your consent when taking part and our legitimate interest in running the giveaway.
We do not share this data with anyone except the courier, and only to deliver the prize. You can exercise your rights by writing to manuel@bartostore.es. More detail in our privacy policy.
We will publish the winners' first name and the initial of their surname. If you prefer yours not to appear, tell us and we will not publish it.
Other conditions
- Taking part means accepting these terms.
- Barto Store may exclude anyone who cheats or creates fake accounts.
- If for a justified reason the giveaway had to be changed or cancelled, we would announce it on this same page.
- This giveaway is not sponsored by or associated with Bandai, Instagram, Meta or any other brand or social network.
